You will train newly hired employees broadly in various competence areas such as care and support, security, as well as legislation and guidelines regarding compulsory care. • Work experience in compulsory care, care and treatment, social services, or a similar field
  • Experience in training in communication and treatment and/or security as well as physical techniques in conflict management
  • Experience in developing digital and physical competence development initiatives and training both digitally and physically
  • Good communication skills, both spoken and written, and the ability to train fluently in Swedish

It is an advantage if you also have:

  • Experience working with MI and CBT-based treatment programs
  • Further education in pedagogy
  • Experience working at SiS
  • A valid driver's license, category B

To thrive and succeed in this role, you need to be good at collaborating while independently taking responsibility for your work and driving your processes forward. You are structured and goal-oriented. Furthermore, you express a positive attitude towards your work and strive to deliver solutions. Great emphasis will be placed on personal qualities and abilities!

At SiS, we value good employee engagement. This means that you, as an employee, take responsibility for your work, contribute to development, and participate in good collaboration. Read more about our employee engagement.
